背景

西班牙25歲女子卡斯提洛（Noelia Castillo）提出安樂死的申請於2024年獲得批准，但遭父親嘗試透過法律程序阻止。她最終勝訴，於2026年3月26日接受藥物注射離世。據《美聯社》（AP）報導，她自青少年時已受精神疾病困擾，並曾兩次嘗試自殺，其中第二次發生在2022年，她當時曾受性侵犯，該次自殺導致她須使用輪椅。[1,2]

3月27日，Facebook專頁「Heavy-Weather Fashion」發佈帖文講述此事，宣稱「而家陸續爆出更多內幕」。帖文提到卡斯提洛13歲時父母離婚，其後加泰隆尼亞政府接手其監護權，當時她亦被診斷出精神疾病。帖文宣稱卡斯提洛於2022年在「政府監督嘅脆弱青少年中心」內遭三個「來自北非的非法入境移民」性侵，以致精神崩潰及企圖自殺。帖文獲得334個表情反應（以「傷心」為主）、46個留言及52次分享。[3]

同日Threads用戶「蔡淵州」，宣稱卡斯提洛（帖文譯作「卡斯蒂略」）於2022年「被安置在一家國營兒童之家，與北非移民未成年人一起生活，在那裡她遭到他們的強姦」。帖文又指當局「提出安樂死作為解決方案」以及卡斯提洛於3月26日「被實施安樂死」。帖文獲得2,899個讚好、163個留言、388次分享及4.5萬次瀏覽。[4]

3月27日Threads用戶「erin0720」發文宣稱卡斯提洛於2022年在政府的安置中心「被三名男子集體性侵」，並指三人為「外籍未成年移民」，因為未成年而「沒被判刑、沒被遣返」。帖文獲得3,230個讚好、238個留言及485次分享。[5]

查證

「蔡淵州」的帖文提及「轉自推特 Yael _Formosa 鹿島之風🧋⛩️」。在Google搜尋「蔡淵州」帖文引述的首句，可找到X（前稱Twitter，中譯推特）用戶「Yael _Formosa 鹿島之風🧋⛩️」於2026年3月26日發佈的相同帖文，該帖文引用並翻譯另一用戶「Visegrád 24」的帖文。[6]「Visegrád 24」帖文附上卡斯提洛受訪影片，惟當中並無提及帖文所宣稱「被未成年北非移民性侵」的內容，「Visegrád 24」亦沒有提供有關說法出處。[7]「Visegrád 24」過往曾被多家事實查核機構指出發佈錯誤訊息。[8-10]

「erin0720」的帖文圖片轉發自英國《每日快報》（Daily Express）的Threads帖文[11]，該帖文附上《每日快報》的網站連結[12]，點擊可見為卡斯提洛安樂死的報導，惟當中同樣沒有提及她被「外籍未成年移民」性侵。[13]

綜合《BBC》、《CNN》及西班牙《國家報》（El País）報導[14,15]，卡斯提洛13歲時父母離婚，以致她被交給加泰隆尼亞政府監護，並住進監護中心，她在當時亦被診斷出強迫症（Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder）和邊緣性人格障礙（Borderline Personality Disorder）。[16,17]卡斯提洛憶述曾遭三次性侵，涉事者身份及事發地點或場景如下：

  • 前男友，在她服用安眠藥後；
  • 兩名男子，在夜總會；以及
  • 三名年輕男子，在酒吧。

報導引述的內容均沒有提及涉事者的國籍或種族，也沒有指他們未成年。卡斯提洛從未就事件報案，在其中一次事件發生後數日嘗試自殺，當時為2022年10月。[18-20]

《CNN》及《國家報》均提到說法來自卡斯提洛接受電視台《Antena 3》訪問的節目，在YouTube可找到《Antena 3》的頻道在3月28日發佈該節目的影片。[21]

Factcheck Lab檢視了卡斯提洛的發言片段，透過YouTube自動翻譯的英語字幕（譯自自動產生的西班牙語字幕）理解，涉及性侵的說法與上述報導吻合。從有關內容判斷，第二及第三次性侵相隔數個月，而第三次發生於2022年10月卡斯提洛企圖自殺前數日，故可推論兩次均發生於2022年。[22,23]卡斯提洛在2026年3月時為25歲，故她於2022年時應為21至22歲，由此可見「蔡淵州」及其引述的「Yael _Formosa 鹿島之風🧋⛩️」之帖文宣稱她當時在兒童之家並不合理。

在英語《維基百科》關於卡斯提洛安樂死案件的條目中，提到有說法稱卡斯提洛在照顧中心被「無人陪伴的兒童移民」（unaccompanied child migrants）性侵，並指不同事實查核機構判斷說法為失實訊息。[24]有關段落引用的資料來源包括《國家報》的報導及事實查核機構EFE Verifica的報告，均以西班牙語寫成。[25-27]

透過Google翻譯成英語理解，兩篇文章均指出，在《Antena 3》的訪問影片中，卡斯提洛並沒有提及侵犯者的國籍或種族。[28,29]《國家報》及EFE Verifica亦向負責兒童及青少年保護的政府部門查詢，獲回應指卡斯提洛於2015年7月至2019年2月接受監護，期間曾住在兩個中心，直至她滿18歲離開。該部門又回應指，卡斯提洛受監護期間沒有任何相關性侵事件記錄。[30,31]

EFE Verifica另外指出，卡斯提洛因家庭問題而受當地政府監護所住進的中心，跟收容「無人陪伴的外籍兒童」（unaccompanied foreign minors）屬於兩個獨立系統。[32]

綜合以上資料，宣稱卡斯提洛在受監護期間被未成年移民性侵的說法並無根據，與她受訪提及的說法以及有關記錄不符。
