背景

2026年1月，美軍空襲委內瑞拉並迅速捉走該國時任總統馬杜羅（Nicolás Maduro）及其妻子，其後美國總統特朗普（Donald Trump）在其社交媒體表示委內瑞拉石油將不會再運至古巴，要求古巴當局與美國達成協議。此前美國扣押委內瑞拉油輪已令古巴能源及電力危機惡化。[1]1月底特朗普簽署行政命令，啟動程序讓有關官員對所有向古巴提供石油的國家評估徵收關稅。[2]美國的石油封鎖導致古巴出現能源、電力及食物危機。[3]

同日Facebook群組「我哋真係好撚鍾意香港2.0 」及「烏克蘭關注組🇺🇦 突發消息 國際新聞 Ukraine Concern Group & Breaking News」上均流傳同一圖片。兩則帖文合共有244個表情反應（以「哈哈」為主）、115個留言及5次分享。[7,8]

上述帖文均未有提供資料來源。

在Google搜尋帖文附圖中的西班牙語內容[9]，可找到X（前稱Twitter）用戶「Aníbal Garzón 🌎」於2026年3月13日發佈的帖文，X提供的中文翻譯亦與網傳截圖相同。[10]以Google翻譯成英文以及透過Google Gemini翻譯成中文理解，同樣可見該帖文宣稱通貝里會參與援助船隊，惟並無提供消息來源。[11]另外帖文中「Flotiilla」一詞應為「船隊」的西班牙語「Flotilla」。

在Instagram搜尋帖文附圖右上方顯示的帳號「@takilatam」，可找到帳戶「Taki Latam」，透過Google翻譯理解其簡介，該帳戶提供來自拉丁美洲的獨立新聞和地緣政治分析。[12]該帳戶於2026年3月12日發佈有關圖片，透過Google翻譯理解，帖文指通貝里談到古巴局勢，並在社交媒體發佈訊息，呼籲聲援古巴，並表示「古巴曾多次捍衛世界，現在是世界捍衛古巴的時候了」以及「支持古巴，反對封鎖」。圖片則引述通貝里表示「現在是世界捍衛古巴的時候了」（Es el momento de que el mundo defienda a Cuba）。[13]

翻查通貝利的Instagram帳戶，她於2026年3月12日發佈影片，批評特朗普政府的封鎖導致古巴停電，影響當地醫療系統，引發人道災難。她以古巴派出醫護人員前往西非對抗伊波拉病毒（Ebola），以及派員前往海地救災為例，指古巴一直向世界各地派出醫生，表示「古巴為世界挺身而出，現在是全世界支持古巴的時候」（Cuba stood up for the world. And now it is time for the world to stand up for Cuba.）。[14-16]此句與「Taki Latam」帖文內容相似。

The United Nations has warned of imminent humanitarian crisis. Intensive care units in emergency rooms are compromised. Newborns, the elderly, the sick, all paying the price. This is not an accident or an unfortunate side effect of some policy disagreement. This is the intended outcome.

Since 1962, the US embargo has been designed, in the words of the US State Department itself, to bring about hunger, desperation and overthrow the government. Now the Trump administration is escalating it further, plotting what they themselves have called a takeover of the island.

We cannot be silent about this. Cuba did not stay silent when the world needed it. For over 60 years, Cuba sent its doctors to all corners of the earth. Cuban medical workers fought Ebola in West Africa. They responded to disasters in Haiti. They trained generations of doctors from all over the world.

When liberation movements were fighting for independence from colonial rule across Africa, and much of the world was looking the other way, Cuba stood in solidarity, not just in words, but in action with real material support.

Cuba stood up for the world. And now it is time for the world to stand up for Cuba. On the 21st of March, the Nuestra América Convoy arrives in Havana, carrying humanitarian aid by air, land and sea. That day has been declared International Day of Solidarity with Cuba.

And I'm asking all of you, every friend of peace, every defender of the right of peoples to determine their own futures, to join, wherever you are in the world. Go to your local US embassy and make your voice heard. Find your local Cuba Solidarity Network, organize something in your community. Show up.

Because the rights of the Cuban people to build their own society free from siege and economic sabotage is not a matter of partisanship. It is a matter of basic human dignity. The people in power do not act unless we compel them to. And so now we compel them. Together, we say it loudly and clearly: ¡Cuba sí, bloqueo no!"
