2026年1月12日，Threads用戶「Wai Kuen Gary Wong」發文宣稱《加拿大廣播公司》（CBC）指「委內瑞拉獨裁者馬杜羅是『民眾擁戴的人』！」。帖文獲得1,144個讚好、87個留言、70次分享及超過2.3萬次瀏覽。[3]同日Facebook用戶「Philip Ma」亦發佈相同帖文，帖文獲得263個表情反應、17個留言及38次分享。[4]

上述兩則帖文均無提供資料來源。在Google搜尋「CBC 馬杜羅 民眾擁戴的人」，可發現Facebook專頁「雪行者2」於2026年1月5日發佈以粵語書寫的類似帖文，同樣指《CBC》稱馬杜羅是「民眾擁戴的人」，並附上一張截圖。帖文獲得431個表情反應（以「哈哈」為主）、72個留言及17次分享。[5]

查證

上述三則帖文中，僅「雪行者2」提供截圖作為資料來源。該圖片顯示為一則X（前稱Twitter）帖文截圖，來自《加拿大國際廣播電臺》（Radio-Canada，即《CBC》法語部門）的帳戶「Radio-Canda Info」。[6]在該帳戶搜尋「Nicolas Maduro」並把結果限制在2026年1月3日至5日期間，可找到該截圖顯示的帖文。[7]

該則《Radio-Canada》的X帖文於1月4日發佈，原文使用法語，而X提供的英語翻譯與「雪行者2」提供的截圖相同。[8]

原標題提及「鐵腕統治」

該帖文原文為「Nicolas Maduro, l’homme du peuple à la poigne de fer」，X翻譯成英語為「Nicolas Maduro, the man of the people with an iron grip」。該帖文亦附上一條連結，點擊可見為《Radio-Canada》網站上的法語報導，帖文內容為該報導之標題。[9]

結合兩個網站的中英文翻譯判斷，「homme du peuple」出現的脈絡為指馬杜羅希望塑造自己「與一般人相似」的形象，並以「simple et terre-à-terre」（英譯為「simple and down-to-earth」）描述這個形象。

同一記者英語報導多處批評馬杜羅

撰寫上述《法新社》報導之記者為霍特（Patrick Fort），搜尋其名字及相關字眼並把結果限制在2026年1月4日前[19]，可找到他同日為《法新社》撰寫之英語報導。[20]
